Reading Peer Learning Review:

On Thursday 30th April 2025, we had visits from several headteachers and leaders from our partnership schools. The focus was “Reading”. All our children were able to showcase how they love to read, breathing in the aspects of our Reading Curriculum at St Anthony’s. I was very proud of you all! Comments within our report include:

“In EYFS and KS1 phonics teaching is like a well-oiled machine, TAs from across the school are pooled and this highly-skilled team ensure that each phase and group is taught well and children are all reading.”
